EB-5 REGIONAL CENTER PROGRAM HAS BEEN EXTENDED THROUGH DECEMBER 21th, 2018
Democrats and Republicans have not reached to the mutual voice in negotiations over the spending package. At the same time, lawmakers postponed a series of votes for the memorials and funeral of former President George H.W. Bush, thus U.S Congress agreed to extend current funding levels by 2 weeks.
House Appropriations Committee Chairman Rodney Frelinghuysen introduced H.J. Res 143 – FY 2019 making further continuing appropriations to extend government programs until Dec. 21th 2018 (including the EB-5 Regional Center program, the Conrad 30 waiver program, the Special Immigrant Non-Minister Religious Worker program and the E-Verify system). It is known as a continuing resolution, and Dec. 21th 2018 becomes the new deadline for reaching a long-term spending deal.
This is really good news to Vietnamese investors who are thriving for U.S. immigration via EB-5 Regional Center program since the program extended without change till Dec. 21th 2018. Time and tide wait for no man. Let RSCC be your company on the path of making U.S dream come true.
